After accepting Jesus as my Saviour at the age of nine, I was baptized into a loving Christian church.
Now, fifty-seven years later, I was recently re-baptized after accepting additional Bible truths into the Umatilla Seventh-day Adventist Church.
I love my heavenly Father, and I am grateful to be able to continually serve Him the rest of my life. He has blessed me with happiness, and I want to share God's love with the world

Amanda couldn't wait to show Jesus how much she loved him. The problem was convincing those adults that she was really ready!

Susie was our new pastor’s first baptism here at Umatilla. Don’t let the sunshine fool you, this was a cold day, and that water was very cold. But that didn’t stop Susie from her commitment to follow her Lord in baptism.

Liz Jones decided to follow her Lord into the cold waters of baptism on December 6, 2003, just 25 days before her mother-in-law went to sleep in Jesus. Joyce was able to see her daughter-in-law baptized before she passed away. They are looking forward to the resurrection where they will be reunited with Christ and each other.
